Do <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nv-c-1-color\"><strong>not <\/strong><\/mark>use the residents\u2019 parking bays.<strong><br>Daytimes:<\/strong> The 1 hour parking time limits in the parking bays in <strong>Liverpool Street<\/strong> and <strong>Mordaunt Road<\/strong> (adjacent to the synagogue) will  be suspended. So in these streets, &nbsp;it\u2019s as though it is evening.
