We welcome Dov, Aidel Brocha and family back again for the fourth year.

(Friday evening October 3)
6.00pm:          Preparations in shul, including the lighting of the memorial candles.
6.18pm            Fast begins.
6.20-7.00pm   Psalms.
7.00pm            Kol Nidrei service
Instructions:   All married men (or men who have been married) should light a memorial candle in shul. All men and women who have lost a parent (or both) should light a memorial candle at home in addition.

    (Saturday October 4)
10.00am:         Shacharit
12 noon:         Yizkor.
2.30pm-4.30pm:         Brief break
4.30pm:           Mincha.
6.00pm            Ne’ila
7.23pm            Fast ends

Light refreshments in the shul at the end of the fast.
Some laws to consider:
We don’t eat or drink on Yom Kippur
We don’t wear leather shoes
We refrain from using perfumes or deodorant
We refrain from using any forms of oral hygiene products
We wish everyone a happy, healthy, sweet new year and a very easy fast.
